This December, Monte Caldera Technologies (MCT) gathered in Mexico for our annual Christmas celebration, embracing the warmth and traditions of a Mexican posada<\/em>. It was a joyful evening that brought together MCT members, their families, and friends to celebrate a year filled with professional achievements, groundbreaking innovation, and shared milestones.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The event was not just a celebration but also a moment to reflect on the hard work and dedication that defined 2024. From advancing the NESCGLE theory with new publications to securing key wins in pitch competitions, accelerators, and venture capital negotiations, the MCT team has continually pushed the boundaries of what\u2019s possible in materials informatics. Recognizing these contributions, we held our MCT 2024 Awards, honoring team members for their exceptional impact in both science and business.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The evening featured the joy of two traditional pi\u00f1atas<\/em>, a delicious traditional Mexican dinner, and candy-filled fun for kids and adults alike. A stand-up comedy performance capped the night, bringing everyone together for shared laughter and a sense of camaraderie that defines the MCT spirit.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
